Haylix Pty Ltd

The Problem

Haylix had outgrown its original identity. Initially a hosting provider for digital agencies, the business evolved into a competitive cloud engineering company offering DevOps, cloud migration, automation, and managed infrastructure.

However, its branding—spanning logo, website, and sales collateral—reflected its past rather than its present. The fragmented and outdated visuals made it harder for the sales team to build trust with potential enterprise clients, and the company’s digital presence lacked the polish and clarity seen in its more established competitors.

Haylix needed an identity system that reflected its technical capability and reliability, supported its enterprise sales strategy, and clearly differentiated the brand in a crowded and competitive IT services landscape.

The Solution

We delivered a phased identity consolidation and digital design program for Haylix that balanced continuity with modernisation. This included a refined logo that preserved brand recognition while projecting clarity and technical strength, custom iconography and a style guide to ensure consistency across touchpoints, a redesigned website that simplified complex offerings for time-poor enterprise decision-makers, and branded sales and marketing collateral that supported the sales team in building trust.

Together, these elements positioned Haylix as a credible, modern engineering partner in the cloud services market, reinforced confidence in sales conversations, differentiated the brand through thoughtful design choices that avoided sector clichés, and provided a scalable identity foundation to support future growth without frequent redesign.

Brand Identity

Old Logo

The following was the old Haylix logo and color scheme, a by-product of WPP and Fusion, offering passive hosting for its clients. A brand refresh would signal the new direction of the company that offers active engineering and automation to new and existing clients.

Refreshed Logo

We refined Haylix’s identity to retain brand recognition while aligning with the company’s evolved positioning. The blue primary colour palette brings Haylix in alignment with the branding of top industry players. However, a refreshing secondary palette in the green spectrum helps distinguishes it among competitors.

The minimal ‘Biome’ typeface was selected to convey a new, confident and future-orientated persona. Increased line weight and a 1:1 dimension treatment of the brandmark ensures scalability and versatility across digital contexts. Together, these refinements gave Haylix a contemporary face lift without the need for a complete make over.
